macOS - sshfs

sshfs is one of those utilities that I find invaluable, and luckily it’s easy to setup under OS X. You will need Homebrew.

brew install Caskroom/cask/osxfuse -
brew install sshfs
That’s all. It works exactly the same as under Linux.
